Welcome to the 2024 Montgomery Smooth Jazz Festival. We thank you for joining us and we are looking forward to sharing a fun-filled and safe experience with you! Please come prepared to have a good time, so don't forget to bring your smiles, love and a whole lot of good vibes!!! Below is list of things to bring and not bring. 

We want you to have the best experience with us and that requires rules to keep everyone safe and secure. Please read them carefully in an effort to avoid any issues when you approach the gates. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and the festival will not be canceled due to rain. Please stay up-to-date on the local weather and plan your attire accordingly.  Also, download our app to stay up-to-date on everything related to the festival.

RULES:

What To Bring:

• Your Ticket
• ID
• Cell Phone
• Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Blanket/Towel, Binoculars, Rain Jackets, Ponchoss
• One clear bag per person. Should not exceed 12: X 6” X 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic bag such as Ziplock or similar or One Small Purse or wristlet
• One Small Umbrella. Must be collapsible and no more than 18: wide. To be used between set changes only for shade if needed and must come down during performances to prevent blocking the view of others in the rear of you
• One Lawn Chair per person. Only low and mid-back chairs (Approximate size 34: X 32” X 20”) No chairs with umbrellas will be allowed
• You may bring one clear/see-through empty plastic or acrylic bottle for water fill ups. No glass allowed
• No coolers allowed
• Vendors will be onsite to offer a variety of foods, drinks and merchandise 

What Not To Bring: 

• Alabama has not legalized the use or marijuana, therefore Drugs of any kind and Drug Paraphernalia will not be tolerated.  Police officers will be patrolling the park and all Alabama narcotics laws will be strictly enforced
• NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING GUNS, EXPLOSIVES, POCKET KNIVES, PEPPER SPRAY, etc.
• No Laser Pointers
• No Aerosol Sprays of any kind
• No Musical Instruments
• No Drones or Flying Objects
• You will not be allowed to bring Alcoholic beverages into the park; however you may purchase Alcoholic beverages inside the venue
• No sharing of wristbands. If you leave the venue, you must return with your wristband as there will be no exceptions for replacements
• Wristbands must be worn on the wrist and not used as a necklace or attached to other objects
• No Wagons or Rolling Carts
• No Tents or Large Umbrellas
• No Coolers greater than 12 quarts
• No cameras or video recording equipment allowed with the exception of cell phones
• No unauthorized vendors
• No unauthorized solicitations of any kind
• No Tailgating
• No High-back Chairs
• No Pets
• No Flags or Banners
